Das SG550 Magazin wurde aus einem sehr hochwertigen Kunststoff hergestellt, es passt selbstverständlich auch zu den Modellen SG552 und SG553. Es ist aber nicht mit Tokyo Marui und Entry Level Modellen kompatibel. Magazine von G&G sind für eine sehr genaue Passgenauigkeit, hohe Robustheit, gute Verarbeitung, gutes Feeding (nachführen der Munition) und eine hohe Zuverlässigkeit bekannt. Leider sind sie aber etwas teurer als die Magazine diverser anderer Hersteller, sind das Geld aber auf jeden Fall wert.Ein gut aufgezogenes Hi Cap Magazin verschiesst im Normalfall rund 100 BBs bis es erneut aufgezogen werden muss. Bei Hicap Magazinen ist es sehr wichtig, dass diese nicht mit einem Speedloader gefüllt werden, ebenfalls dürfen die Federn nicht überdreht werden.
