Cyma CM040I – Robust and modernized replica for close- and mid-range engagements

As one of the oldest manufacturers on the airsoft market, Cyma has accumulated vast experience in producing durable and dependable replicas — both electric and spring-powered.  The CM040I is a modernized model featuring a retractable stock and a compact barrel configuration, making it an excellent choice for close-quarters and mid-range field engagements.

Made from steel, aluminum, and high-quality ABS polymer, this replica is supplied with an aluminum handguard, a retractable stock, and a matching-color polymer magazine.  The barrel is equipped with a 14 mm CCW thread, allowing compatibility with a variety of muzzle devices, tracer units, and mock suppressors.

Most essential elements — including the body, flash hider, trigger guard, and dust cover — are made from machined steel, giving the replica enhanced realism and durability.  The outer barrel, handguard, gas tube, sights, and gas block are all manufactured from sturdy aluminum alloy.  The handguard features integrated Picatinny rails, offering flexible mounting points for accessories such as optics, grips, lights, or lasers according to personal preference or mission requirements.

Thanks to the retractable stock, the rifle is easy to transport, store, and adjust to different user preferences.  The only external elements made from polymer are the pistol grip, the stock shell, and the magazine — all produced from reinforced ABS for long-term durability.

Inside, the replica uses a reinforced metal V3-type gearbox that provides stable and reliable performance.  It also offers a strong foundation for future tuning and upgrades, making the CM040I a dependable and adaptable platform for both new and experienced players.
